Traffic chaos in Melbourne CBD after truck roll over took eight hours to clear

Melbourne’s CBD is still experiencing traffic delays, almost eight hours after a semi-trailer carrying a load of Red Bull cans hit a rail overpass at Southbank and rolled.
The incident happened just after 7am leaving the southbound lanes of Spencer Street closed at Flinders Street for much of the day, with all traffic diverted at Collins Street.

The truck was towed away this morning as crews carried out repairs.
