Crane topples onto Melbourne factory

A crane has collapsed onto a factory in Melbourne’s south-east.
The crane toppled onto the Martogg factory on Franston-Dandenong Road in Dandenong South just after midday.
Fire crews said the collapse was called by the crane losing a gantry before the structure then toppled onto the roof of the building.

No workers were injured in the accident, with WorkSafe now investigating. 9News
No one was seriously injured and everyone has been accounted for.
Melbourne is also being battered with strong winds and storms today.
Martogg is a manufacturer and recycler of plastic products.
