Correction and apology

On Thursday 10 August 2017, at approximately 3.20pm nine.com.au published an article about the conviction of a Victorian man, Keith Dudley, on serious criminal charges.

Inadvertently – and regretfully – an image of a different man was published in connection with that story, for a brief period.  

Nine.com.au clarifies that the man depicted was not Keith Dudley and is in no way connected with the subject matter of that article.

Nine.com.au apologises unreservedly to the man depicted and his family for the error.
