Victoria Health Minister to provide COVID-19 update: Watch press conference here

Victoria has recorded three locally-acquired cases of COVID-19, health officials have announced.

The state is currently into its second day of freedom after it was plunged into a snap "circuit breaker" lockdown.

Health Minister Martin Foley is expected to give a press conference at 10.30am to provide an update on the state's new figures.

The three new locally acquired cases are linked to the outbreak and have been quarantining at home during their infectious period.
