Concerns for woman with mental health issues missing from Sydney’s west

Police hold serious concerns for an 18-year-old woman with mental health issues who has been missing since yesterday morning.

Krystal McGuigan was last seen in the Mt Druitt area at about 6.30am.

She is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 160cm tall with a medium build and long, dark hair.

She also has a distinct piercing above her lip.

She was last seen wearing navy blue tracksuit pants and a grey, hooded jumper.

Police understand she may be travelling on a train towards the Newcastle area.
