Claremont trial: Accused killer's second wife 'feared for her life'
The second wife of the accused Claremont Serial Killer claims she "feared for her life" towards the end of their 15 year marriage.
The woman, who can't be identified, revealed the year before she left Bradley Edwards, she made hand-written copies of his bank statements because she was "sick of the lies".
Edwards, 51, is fighting allegations he abducted Sarah Spiers, Jane Rimmer and Ciara Glennon from Perth's wealthy suburb of Claremont and murdered them in 1996 and 1997.

The court heard the Telstra technician met his second wife in April 1997 - two weeks after the last of the murdered women, Ciara Glennon, went missing.
The 54-year-old woman said he wooed her with a dozen red roses before taking her on a date to McDonalds, adding they "fell in love quickly".
In 2014, the woman said she came across a bundle of bank statements inside a folder in his drawer, which dated from 1996 to 2000.

One-by-one, she copied the transactions into a scrapbook, saying she was "terrified" while writing them.
The woman was cut off by the prosecution and defence before she could expand on her claims.
The court heard there was one statement missing from the bundle - dated from January to March 1997.
There were also two ATM transactions weeks apart in December 1996, from the location "Bay View".

Prosecutors argue they relate to Bayview Terrace in Claremont, which contradicts what Edwards allegedly told police after his arrest about never visiting the suburb until 2009.
Another of Edwards' ex-girlfriends also told the court she recalls going with him to the Continental Hotel while they dated in 1996.
Jane Rimmer and Ciara Glennon visited the same pub on the nights they vanished.
The ex-girlfriend also claimed the Telstra station wagon Edwards drove around in was always kept "meticulously clean" inside.
