AAP
Cabinet minister Bruce Billson believes a newly-signed free trade agreement with China, along with similar deals in place with Japan and South Korea, are "huge news" for small business.
The small business minister says the agreements will open the door to hundreds of millions of prospective new customers, especially for the food and agriculture sectors.
Modelling had confirmed that over the next 20 years there will be $24.5 billion of economic benefits including the creation of 174,000 jobs, Mr Billson told Sky News on Wednesday.
