Cheap petrol vanishing from Sydney servos
9NEWS
Sydney’s days of super-cheap petrol might be over after a dramatic jump in prices at the pump overnight.
Today many petrol stations were selling petrol at 120 cents a litre or more throughout the city.
Others still kept to the cheaper prices, with regular unleaded ranging from 97.7c/L to 128.9c/L.

E10 petrol ranged from 93.7c/L to 119.9c/L.
The price rise has been attributed to increased global demand, which has pushed wholesale prices up for the past week.
