Minutes later, the car was found crashed into units on the corner of Punt Road and High Street.

No one was injured in the crash.

A 19-year-old Hallam man was arrested at the scene and recorded a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.117, police said.

His licence was suspended and he will be charged with evading police, reckless conduct and dangerous driving.
