Couple in car left hanging over ledge in Sydney

Two people in their 80s are in a stable condition after an accident left their car hanging over a ledge at Rose Bay in Sydney's east.

The incident is believed to have taken place near the Cranbrook School boat house on Vickery Avenue.

Emergency services were called at about 5.15pm.

A man had suffered a head injury and a woman was bleeding from her arm and leg.
