The owner of a Perth café has suffered serious injuries after he was viciously attacked by teenagers after asking them to move on.

Simon Demirel was set upon after he asked the rowdy group to stop harassing his customers at his Scarborough business.

Security moved the boys on but one of them returned with a limestone block and threw it at his head before running off.

The block smashed into the 49-year-old's face, leaving Mr Demirel with fractured jaw, cheekbone a severed nerve in his forehead.

Mr Demirel's daughter Narin can only watch as her Dad suffers.

"He's just in pain," she told 9NEWS.

"I've never seen my dad cry. It's so hard to see him this way."

His cafe remains closed today and will be until Mr Demirel recovers, but his wife and daughter remain too scared to return to work.

"I hope the people do see this and I just want you to know you're disgusting," Narin Demirel said.

"I'm so angry. And you will be caught. You can run but we will find you."
