If manners maketh man, it seems Brisbanites have a bit of work to do.

All CBD hospitality workers will be given a refresher course on etiquette in the lead-up to the G20 meeting in November.

The Brisbane City Council will give everyone from cabbies to concierges basic etiquette training, but staff at hotels where world leaders are staying will also receive more intense training.
