Qld Uber sex assault, man helping police

An Uber driver has been interviewed by police following an alleged sexual assault on a 22-year-old woman in north Brisbane.

The alleged assault took place near Gordon Park around 12.20am on Wednesday, said a spokeswoman for Queensland Police.

A 49-year-old man was assisting police with their inquiries but has not been arrested.

Police are awaiting test results.
