Teen cashier assaulted in violent convenience store robbery in Brisbane

Four men are on the run after a violent robbery at a convenience store in Brisbane’s south.

The masked men entered the SPAR Express store on Lillian Avenue in Salisbury at 7.45pm last night.

CCTV vision shows the men brutally assault the 17-year-old cashier with a knife, before stealing cigarettes and a sum of cash – ravaging the store.

The group fled the scene in a red hatch back.

Police are appealing for anyone who might have witnessed the incident or have dashcam footage if they were driving in the area, to come forward.
