Two men have been stabbed and another has been arrested after a brawl in Brisbane's CBD.
Police were called to William Street, near the Treasury Casino, just before 5am today.

Three men were treated for injuries.
One had been stabbed in the stomach and was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A second man suffered leg injuries.
One man was arrested at the scene.
