Boy, 6, in serious condition after 3m fall

A three-metre fall from a tree has left a six-year-old boy seriously injured in a Sydney hospital.
An ambulance spokeswoman said the boy was suffering from a head injury and had been in and out of consciousness.
The youngster was flown by helicopter from Bella Vista in Sydney's northwest to Westmead Hospital on Monday afternoon.
