Shadow Treasurer Chris Bowen to outline Labor's budget vision

Shadow treasurer Chris Bowen will lay out Labor's approach to the budget when he makes a keynote speech in Canberra.

With just three weeks until Treasurer Joe Hockey's second budget, Mr Bowen will address the National Press Club on Wednesday on what he would like to see from fiscal policy.

He will be back at the Press Club on May 20 to give his traditional post-budget reply address.
