Bosses want Work Choices back: ACTU

Trade unions have warned a review of workplace relations laws is a Trojan horse to bring back Howard-era Work Choices regime.

They say employers are telling the Productivity Commission to recommend the return of individual contracts by scrapping industry awards, erode the minimum wage and remove penalty rates.

"This is something we all saw under Work Choices last time," ACTU secretary Dave Oliver told ABC radio on Wednesday.
