Bomb scare that forced closure of street near Melbourne Airport over

A suspicious item found in a car park near Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport does not pose a threat to the community, police say.

The bomb squad was called to the location on Garden Drive today.

Nearby roads were closed as the item was analysed but police have since said there's no threat to the community.
