Body found in Sydney unit stairwell

A man's body has been found in the stairwell of a Sydney unit block, with police working to establish whether the death is suspicious.

A passer-by found the body in Bilga Crescent, in the eastern Sydney suburb of Malabar, about 5am today.

Police have established a crime scene, and the man is yet to be formally identified.
