Police identify man found dead in Adelaide's River Torrens

Police have identified a man who was found dead in Adelaide's River Torrens on Thursday.
A passerby initially reported seeing a body floating in the river near the Adelaide University footbridge on Thursday afternoon.
Police retrieved it and declared a crime scene a short time later.
However, they struggled to identify the man due to a lack of identification and information.
Yesterday, investigators released a computer-generated image of the man, and they also appealed for two women who may have had information to come forward.
The man has since been identified as a 53-year-old of no fixed address, SA Police said in a statement today.
The investigation into the cause of his death is ongoing, police said.
