A new authorised biography that hit stands today, ‘Hockey…Not Your Average Joe’ claims Federal Treasurer Joe Hockey wanted some of the budget reforms earlier.
The book also says Mr Hockey decided when he was eight-years-old that he wanted to be Prime Minister.
