Bill Shorten reelected to lead Labor

Bill Shorten has been officially re-elected as Labor leader.

In a statement shared on social media chief opposition whip Chris Hayes says Mr Shorten was the only name put forward for the position when nominations closed at 5pm on Friday and the nomination was accepted.
