A Bandidos bikie who was extradited from Serbia to face charges over the execution-style shooting of a man outside a Sushi Train restaurant in Brisbane has admitted the manslaughter.

Jei "Jack" Lee, 22, was fatally shot in the head at the Eight Mile Plains shopping centre in 2012 after what police suspected was a drug deal gone wrong.

Bogdan Cuic and alleged Bandidos associate Marko Cokara were charged with the murder but both pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter today, on what would have been their first day of trial.

They were remanded in custody to be sentenced in the same court on October 29.

Cuic, a patched member of the Bandidos, left Australia the day after the shooting but was extradited from Serbia to Brisbane in 2016 to face prosecution despite the two countries not sharing an extradition treaty.
