'Bikie' jailed over road crash threats
A suspected bikie charged with threatening a road crash victim on the Gold Coast will remain behind bars for at least another week.
Accused Rebels member Wilfried Fink, 40, allegedly rear-ended a young woman's car then threatened her in a bid to stop her calling police.
Police say Fink was drink driving when his ute hit the 26-year-old woman's car as she waited at traffic lights at Main Beach on Sunday night.
She was taken to hospital with internal injuries and suspected spinal injuries.
Fink allegedly had a blood alcohol reading of 0.16, more than three times the legal limit.
He was remanded in custody when he appeared in the Southport Magistrates Court on Monday charged with drink driving and making threats.
He is expected to apply for bail next Monday.
