Bell tolls for Hockey

Treasurer Joe Hockey has installed a stockmarket bell in the foyer of his ministerial office.

The 30cm bell was a gift to the treasurer from the Australian Stock Exchange, which opened a customer support centre in his North Sydney electorate in April.

The bell will remain the property of the Treasury department, Mr Hockey says on his parliamentary pecuniary interest register.
