Base jumper leaps into fog

At first glance it appears this base jumper could be diving into a giant watery expanse.

But as he falls the thick, foggy blanket parts, revealing kilometres of rocky mountainside and an icy glacier below.

As he glides closer to the ground, pockets of trees and a small township come into focus.
