Price drops, glam goes up for Barangaroo penthouse
Sydney's most expensive penthouse is now a little cheaper, as new marketing agents seek to snare a buyer.
The six-bedroom Crown penthouse at Barangaroo is now for sale for $90 million, The Australian reported.
That's down from $100 million earlier this year.
The Agency and Colliers have taken over the marketing of the property and reportedly aim to spend about $500,000 glamourising it even further.
The 800 square metre two-storey penthouse in the Crown Hotel at Barangaroo overlooks the Sydney Harbour in its entirety, with a widespan view of the city.
It includes six bedrooms, a gym, a cinema room, a lift and a plunge pool.
Covering floors 81 and 82, it sits 245 metres above sea level.
The new agents will seek to add even more attractions, The Australian reported, including a baby grand piano.
The property first hit the market four years ago.
The new owner will also have access to all the hotel amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, valet parking, room service dining and access to the tennis court and spa.
