Armed robbers on the run after string of hold-ups in Sydney's west

Police are on the hunt for a pair armed robbers who have repeatedly targeted a string of shops in Sydney’s west.

Frightened shopkeepers in Constitution Hill say the two thieves have repeatedly threatened and robbed them over the past six months.

A news agency was hit just a week out from Christmas, with one offender making off with cash.

Yesterday, police believe the same robbers targeted the next-door bottle shop and stole alcohol and cigarettes at gunpoint.
