Balcony fall kills 21-year-old Vic man

A Melbourne man has died after falling from a fifth storey balcony.

Police investigating the death say they are speaking to a number of people who were at the Brunswick West building, but do not suspect foul play.

"We're not treating it as suspicious but we don't really know what happened," a police spokesperson said.

The 21-year-old Carrum man died about 1.30am after the fall.
