Baird, Foley to face-off in third debate ahead of NSW election

NSW Labor leader Luke Foley will continue on the campaign trail with a western Sydney infrastructure announcement on Friday.
Mr Foley will be in Sydney on Friday to make his pledge, following Premier Mike Baird's traffic-busting roads promise on Thursday.
The premier pledged $395 million in technology upgrade to ease congestion on a 36km stretch of the M4 in western Sydney, provided his electricity privatisation plan goes ahead.
The two leaders will also prepare for their third debate on Friday evening on ABC TV.
Journalist Chris Uhlmann will host the face-off between Mr Baird and Mr Foley in Sydney in the first debate without a live audience.
