Baden-Clay sought sex online
While Allison Baden-Clay was desperately working to fix her marriage her husband Gerard was trawling the internet for "sex on the side", it has been revealed.
The convicted wife-killer from Brisbane had a profile on hook-up site Adult Friend Finder, where he used the alias Bruce Overland.
It was a name Baden-Clay had used before, adopting it when he entered the real estate industry. As a budding agent Baden-Clay would use the alias to email other agents and enquire about listed properties. But online, Bruce Overland inquired about "discrete sex".
"Married but don't want to be – looking for some sex on the side," Baden-Clay's profile said.
The profile said Baden-Clay was a married 40-year-old Brisbane man. It listed him as a non-smoker and light drinker with a university education.
In a section where the user is asked to describe their "male endowment" Baden-Clay checked the box labelled "average".
Yesterday the father of three was found guilty of murdering his wife Allison and sentenced to life in jail with a minimum term of 15 years.
