Australia's most wanted fugitives revealed in Operation Roam 2017

Jonathan Dick is one of Australia’s most wanted fugitives and he could be living near you.

The 39-year-old Melbourne man is wanted over the murder of his younger brother, David Dick, at a Melbourne shopping centre earlier this year.

It’s believed he fled interstate to either New South Wales or Queensland after dumping his 1997 Ford Fairmont car at Ivanhoe East.

A personal training group stumbled across the victim’s body after he had been brutally attacked near a lift at Westfield Doncaster on February 3.

A man believed to be Jonathan Dick was seen on CCTV hours before the attack wielding a sword. The sword was found dumped along with his car.

His tearful mother pleaded with the person seen on CCTV after her son’s death to come forward, not realising it was her other son.

Police believe he is armed with a knife, and have warned members of the public not to approach him.

Or perhaps you’re unaware you’ve walked past John Victor Bobak, who has been on the run for 25 years over his alleged involvement in the 1991 execution-style killings of bookmaker Peter George Wade and Maureen Ambrose at a Surfers Paradise unit.

Also on the list are Queensland couple Kathleen Ann Grey and Jonathon Grey.

They've been charged with numerous drug offences including trafficking amphetamine, heroine and cannabis. The pair allegedly failed to show up to court in December.

Crime Stoppers’ annual Operation Roam list, released today, names 20 of the nation’s top fugitives. They’re alleged murderers, sex offenders and drug traffickers.

"These criminals could be working alongside you in your community," Crime Stoppers chairman Trevor O'Hara said in a statement today.

"It might be a new person you've noticed in your area or a more familiar face such as a neighbour, work colleague, friend or even a family member.

"Many of these people are wanted for a range of serious offences so we advise members of the public to put them on your radar but do not approach them under any circumstances," Mr O'Hara said.

People are being urged to look at the list in case they recognise any of the 20 faces.

Jayson Aworth

Aworth is wanted by NSW Police over a number of alleged aggravated sexual assault offences in January 2017.

Clint Brilley

Brilley served time for armed robbery and was released on parole. His parole has since been revoked and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Phillip John Cream

SA Police is hunting for Cream, who was convicted of a number of aggravated serious criminal trespasses. He is wanted for breaching his parole.

Guy Lee Dillon

Dillon is sought by Victoria Police to serve out the rest of his sentence for armed robbery. He was initially released on parole but it was revoked.

Kayne Edwards

Bald-headed Edwards has numerous arrest warrants in place from Victoria Police for various offences including alleged property damage and assault.

Alex Egan

Egan committed an armed robbery and failed to appear in a Victorian court for sentencing.

Henry John Evans

The youngster is wanted by SA Police over a conviction for grievous bodily harm. Evans breached his parole conditions.

Gene Nicholas Hawkins

NT Police seeks Hawkins over breaching his parole conditions in relation to a conviction for possession of a commercial quantity of methamphetamine.

Warren Leslie Scrivener

Scrivener is wanted on assault charges. He was arrested and bailed by SA Police but failed to appear in court.

Nelio Serra

NSW Police allege Serra is wanted over multiple charges of breaking and entering. He failed to appear in court.

Antonio Toliseli

Victoria Police seek Toliseli over an aggravated burglary and an alleged assault.

Thomas Peter Walsh

Queensland Police seek Walsh over allegedly being in possession of a large amount of ice. It was located by detectives in an apartment in South Brisbane. He is believed to have fled Queensland and may be in New South Wales.

Two of the initial 20 named, Matthew James Tate and Tanompong Pota, have since been arrested.
