Australia faced a terror attack on Melbourne's Bourke Street but Prime Minister Scott Morrison says the nation will be tested with terror again.
Hassan Khalif Shire Ali killed one man and stabbed two others before being shot dead in an attack in Melbourne on November 9.
"Sadly we know enough about our modern world to know that we will be tested again," Mr Morrison told parliament on Monday.
