Aust will vet Central American refugees

Immigration Minister Peter Dutton insists Australia will reject Central American refugees that pose a risk under the swap deal struck with the US.
The Trump administration has agreed to honour a deal to take refugees held on Nauru and Manus Island in exchange for Australia accepting refugees from Central America.
Mr Dutton said Australia would look at each case and determine whether it would take them.

"Some of the examples I've been given are Christians who are trying to flee that part of the region, trying to escape gang violence," he told Sky News on Tuesday.
"I won't be taking people who I think are a risk to our national security or would detract from our community."
