Aussie stargazers get ready for the 'supermoon' tonight

Stargazers down under are preparing for the first ‘supermoon’ of 2015, which is expected to grace Australian skies tonight.
The effect is produced when a full moon is at its closest point of orbit to the Earth – making our lunar neighbour appear up to 14 percent larger than it really is, according to Space.com.

The best time to see the mega moon will be at 1am (AEST).
