Knifeman holds up high school office

Police are hunting an armed robber who held up a school office today.

A man entered a high school on Hunter Street, Auburn, in western Sydney, with a knife at about 1.15pm today.

He stole cash and fled the scene while the school was placed in lockdown.

No one was injured.

Investigators wish to speak with a man described as having a large build and who was wearing a black hooded jumper, black shorts and had covered his face with a black bandanna.
