The generous gift that finally cracked the Angry Grandpa

A US man better known online for his fuming reactions to his son's pranks has been left in tears after a heartwarming surprise.

Charles Green, who has repeatedly been the butt of the joke in his son Michael's popular 'Angry Grandpa' YouTube series, was filmed as he helped Michael and his partner Bridgette inspect a house.

Mr Green believed his son was looking to purchase the house for himself and was vocal in his approval of the place, even saying he would like to own a similar residence "one day".

However, he was left speechless when his son handed over the key and explained the property was now his.

"So I've got something to confess," Michael said in the clip.

"We're not searching for a house for us.

"We are searching for a house for you. This is yours."

His father broke down in tears.

"No, no, Michael," he said.

"I don't deserve this."

The pair embraced as Michael comforted his father.

The video has been seen more than two million times on YouTube since it was first posted on July 10.

Mr Green also posted the video on Twitter, saying he had "no words" for how much he loved his son.
