The Andrews government is set to "easily" retain power at the Victoria state election in November, a new snap poll of voters has indicated.

The Roy Morgan Snap SMS Poll has suggested Labor will win another term with 59.5 per cent of votes on a two-party preferred basis, just as polls indicated in November.

The results of the survey showed a 2.2 per cent increase in support for the ALP from the 2018 election, which it won with 57.3 per cent of votes on a two-party preferred basis.

The poll also indicated 64.5 per of Victorian voters would prefer Daniel Andrews as premier instead of Opposition Leader Matthew Guy.

Roy Morgan chief executive Michele Levine has said Andrews is on the way to an "easy" re-election later this year.

"All the signs point to an easy third election victory in a row coming up for Premier Daniel Andrews and the Labor Government," she said.

The poll was conducted with 1710 Victorian electors across the state between June 30 and July 2.
