A heavily-tattooed Finks bikie arrested on drugs and weapons charges was refused bail after swearing at the judge in court.

Troy Fornaciari, 34, was arrested in a North Wollongong industrial complex during a police raid on Thursday morning.

Police allege they recovered a stolen ute and a pistol during the arrest, and also allege Mr Fornaciari was in possession of 189 grams of the drug ice.

Mr Fornaciari appeared in Wollongong court via videolink yesterday afternoon, and reportedly grew angry after told some of the charges he faced related to alleged threats he had made following a motorcycle crash in 2017.

"I find the police to be rude f---ing c---suckers to charge me with that," he said, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

After the magistrate warned him to stop swearing twice, Mr Fornaciari turned on him.

"Are you going to come down here and personally do it your self?" he said.

"If not, shut your f---ing mouth, you f---ing dog."

Mr Fornaciari will appear in court again on March 21.

The Finks bikie's social media presence is littered with images of firearms and his tattoos.
