The unidentified alleged victim was treated for concussion bruising and bite marks after the alleged attack.

Lynes was granted conditional bail but banned from being within 100m of his alleged victim's house.

Since retiring from acting in recent years, Lynes has been working as a real estate agent on the Central Coast.

Lynes played the character Luke Forlano in All Saints for the first seven seasons of the show, and villain Adam Sharpe on Home and Away in between 2012 and 2014.

He has also appeared on Blue Water High, Packed to the Rafters and Police Rescue.
