Man arrested after allegedly ramming stolen car into fence in Melbourne
A man has been arrested after allegedly evading police before crashing a stolen car into a fence in Melbourne's west overnight.
Police believe the 24-year-old allegedly stole the car from outside a restaurant on Hampshire Road in Sunshine about 12.50am.
The car was then spotted by police near Durham Road about 2am.

Police with assistance from the airwing followed the car to a property on Brisbane Street in Albion.
The man allegedly rammed a police vehicle, before crashing into a fence and garage.
He attempted to flee the scene on foot, running between houses, however was arrested nearby.
The Albion man is assisting police with their enquiries.
