AFL player Callan Ward has proposed to his long-time girlfriend in front of dozens of moviegoers.

Ward was snapped popping the question to Ruby Keddie at the Sun Theatre Yarraville, in Melbourne’s west, on Friday night.

Ms Keddie was visibly delighted, holding her hand to her mouth, before showing off her new sparkler in another image.
