A Brisbane criminal lawyer accused of ripping off legal aid has been slapped with a curfew and will have to wear a tracking device after breaching his bail conditions.

Queensland’s corruption watchdog charged Adam Magill on Tuesday with four counts of breaching his bail after he allegedly contacted a crown witness and an accused co-offender.

Under the teams of his release, he’d been barred from contacting a list of individuals.

He was subjected to a 10pm to 5am curfew in Brisbane Magistrates Court today and will be fitted with the tracker.
