Man's death in Canberra suspicious

A man is being questioned by police following the death of another man in hospital after an incident at a home in the Canberra suburb of Jacka.

Ambulance officers were called to the property on Monday and took a man to hospital where he later died.

Police are treating the death as suspicious and allegedly a family violence incident.

A 37-year-old man is assisting police with their inquiries.
