Four charged over Brisbane cocaine bust

Four middle-aged Brisbane men are facing the prospect of life behind bars after being charged with importing 30kg of cocaine found in a shipping container.
Border Force officers uncovered about 100 packages of cocaine secreted within the container earlier this month, before enlisting federal police help to track the delivery to an address in suburban Brisbane on Friday.
Four men, aged 45 to 52, will face the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Saturday charged with importing and possessing a commercial quantity of border controlled drugs, which carries a maximum of life imprisonment.
