Abbott to take risks in budget repair

Prime Minister Tony Abbott insists his government is prepared to take political risks to get the budget in order.
But Australians will conclude that next week's budget is "measured, responsible and fair", he told reporters in Canberra on Monday.
The government took a hit in the polls immediately after its first budget a year ago when it announced a range of tough measures.
