Abbott 'thrilled' about leaks

Prime Minister Tony Abbott is "thrilled" about the leaking of a confidential government memo.

Mr Abbott thanked the media for publicising the memo of coalition talking points this week, which advised MPs to say cabinet was functioning "exceptionally well".

"I think it's fantastic that our talking points are getting better known, I really do," he told reporters in Dawesville, Western Australia, on Saturday.
