Young mum making a difference with online perinatal mental health resource

When Hiro had her daughter Emmy at 20 years old, she didn't know where to turn for help.
Vulnerable and overwhelmed, it led her to some dark places.
That's why she worked with Western Sydney University to create Young Well Beings, an online resource to support mental health during the perinatal period.
