Sisters Gia and Amelia are on a mission to find Alfie the cavoodle

Alfie the cavoodle was last seen at his Nonna's house before a daring escape.

The seven-year-old went missing from Thomastown, north of Melbourne, on September 30.

Sisters Giovanna and Amelia want him back.

The family has put up posters, a giant billboard in Melbourne and even hired a pet detective.

"We just won't stop," Gia said.

"We'll just keep going because dogs don't just disappear," Amelia said.
